To ensure total comfort and relaxation of other spa guests, please respect the following:

• Please maintain a quiet tone of voice at all times.

• Children in the spa must be 14 years or older unless he or she has an appointment scheduled.

• Please turn off all beepers and cellular phones.

• The spa has a courtesy phone available and the staff will be happy to take messages from anyone who needs to contact our guests.

• Returns on products purchased must be made within 7 days for a store credit only.

• Gratuity is not included in the price of the service(s). Feel free to tip at your discretion.

• Spa day packages must be reserved with a gift certificate number or credit card when scheduled.

• Guest must present gift certificate as payment for services rendered or product purchases. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificate.

• Failure to arrive for an appointment without advance cancellation will result in a required deposit (credit card number) for future visits.

• Cancellation within short notice (less than 48 hours for spa packages and less than 24 hours for individual services) will result in a 50% loss of gift certificate value.

• All guests will be charged for the full amount of service(s) in the event of late arrival or early departure.

• A no-show without cancellation is considered forfeiture.
